Tickets can only be opened by registered users. To create a support account, please email and an account will be created for you.  

The file size limit for uploads is 10MB.  If you need to send larger files, you can use our WeTransfer account. Submit your ticket as normal, and let us know that you've also sent files via Wetransfer. Be sure to enter the same email address used with your support account so we can locate your files more quickly. 

During normal business hours, most tickets are responded to quickly. If your matter is urgent, however, please call 519-997-2880.
